有个vlan的电脑一插网线，性能差点的cpu占有率100%，交换机所有这个vlan激活的端口的活动灯狂闪，开启stp后总算是安静下来，可能是有人在在两个信息点插了个网线，形成环路，造成广播风暴。除了一个一个拔网线观察，有没有更好的办法查处哪两个端口形成环路呢。

通过协议分析软件可以定位到网路的，如IPID、序列号、确认号等都唯一的标识了一个数据包，如果网络中存在大量相同的包，就有可能有环路了。

这个我是知道的，我就想问下，如何找到是哪两个端口产生环路。

产生环路后会大量的发包，而且会随机选择连接在交换机的电脑，这样就可以定位到接环路的交换机了。

看mac转发表。。如果你的交换机是可以网管的。

很简单，看交换机端口状态就知道了
block的就是了
如果是下面的级联交换机环路，就看哪个端口的流量大

如果是Cisco的设备，可以用CDP协议来发现那个区域或哪个端口有问题，h3c/huawei也有类似的实现。

我这边的网络也不算多大大概有10几台48口和几台24口的接入交换机
设备是华为的，我试过看mac转发表，可能是看的方法不对，我看那些端口是激活状态的但是在mac转发表中没有记录的，但是最后发现，关了电脑没关电源的pc所接的端口也是激活的。
刚看到icefired一篇文章，还没看完，看完试一下。

Ethernet都是和pc连接的，上面不应该有ndp的信息

是cisco的交换机吗（我不知道别的交换机有没有这个命令）？在端口处启用bpduguard就可以了

如果两个端口中有环路，这两个端口就显示err-disable，并且这两个端口自动就关闭了，启用bpduguard就不用担心环路产生。如果你有许多交换机需要管理，那建议你使用cisco的CNA管理，它会自动发现哪个交换机的哪个端口处于err-disable状态了。
注：CNA是cisco的免费的软件，只能管理40台交换机，4500系列以上的交换机不能管理
