下载库的时候由于代理服务器问题，下载不了。能否设置这个命令所使用的代理服务器？
如果不能通过代理服务器的话，我应该到哪去下载那些包呢？
请高手指点，不胜感激~~

可以直接手工下载的

方法一：
可以在环境变量里面加上HTTP_PROXY  和对应的值

方法二：
根据你下代码的版本去http://anonsvn.wireshark.org/wireshark-win32-libs/tags/
里面下最新的库

我的经验是，用最新的代码，然后去下最新的库即可
