帮帮忙吧~不知道是怎么一回事？？？库问题！！
下载库的时候由于代理服务器问题，下载不了。能否设置这个命令所使用的代理服务器？如果不能通过代理服务器的话，我应该到哪去下载那些包呢？

方法一：可以在环境变量里面加上HTTP_PROXY 和对应的值
方法二：
根据你下代码的版本去[url]http://anonsvn.wireshark.org/wireshark-win32-libs/tags/[/url]
里面下最新的库
我的经验是，用最新的代码，然后去下最新的库即可
